Booking Information
- 예약은 탑승일 기준 최소 2일 전까지 완료해 주세요.
- 예약 시 선택하신 날짜 및 탑승 시간에만 이용 가능합니다.
- 외국인 전용 요금으로 서비스 요금이 포함되어 있어 내국인 요금과 다를 수 있습니다.
- 모든 차량은 정시에 출발합니다. 탑승 장소에 10분 전까지 오셔서 셔틀버스에 탑승해주세요.
- Reservations must be made at least 2 days prior to the pickup date.
- Valid only for the selected date and time.
- This rate is for foreigners only. The service charge is included, so it may be different from the charges for locals.
- All vehicles depart on time. Please come to the departure station at least 10 minutes before departure to board the shuttle bus.
취소규정
Cancellation Policy
- 출발일 하루 전 오후 2시 이전 취소 시 전액 환불 해드립니다.
- 출발일 하루 전 오후 2시 이후 취소 시 환불 불가 합니다.
- 왕복 티켓 구매 후 편도만 취소할 경우 정상 편도 요금을 제한 나머지 금액을 환불 받을 수 있습니다.
- 예약 및 취소 기한은 현지 시간을 기준으로 합니다.
- Full refund for cancellations made before 14:00 PM one day prior to departure time (local time).
- No refund for cancellations made after 14:00 PM one day prior to departure time (local time).
- If you cancel a one-way ticket after purchasing a round-way ticket, you can get a refund after deducting the one-way fare.
- Booking and cancellation dates follow local time.

Reservation Information
- 예약은 픽업일(서비스 이용일) 기준 최소 3일 전까지 완료해 주세요.
- 예약 시 선택하신 날짜 및 탑승 시간에만 이용 가능합니다.
- 왕복 예약은 동일 날짜 이용 시에만 가능하며, 날짜가 다를 경우 편도로 각각 예약해 주세요.
- 모든 가격은 미국 달러(USD) 기준이며 부가세(VAT) 포함입니다.
- 예약 시 입력하신 이메일로 예약 번호가 포함된 확정서가 발송됩니다.
- 서비스 이용 후 대기시간이나 경유지 추가 등에 따른 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.
- Reservations must be made at least 3 days prior to the pickup date.
- Valid only for the selected date and time.
- Round-trip reservations are only available for the same date. For different dates, please book one-way trips separately.
- All prices are in US Dollar (USD) and inclusive of VAT.
- A confirmation with your booking number will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of booking.
- Surcharges may apply for waiting time and extra stops after the service.

- 24~12시간 전 취소 시: 서비스 요금의 50% 부과
- 12시간 미만 취소 및 노쇼(No-Show): 서비스 요금의 100% 부과
- Luxury Sedan, Executive Van, Mini Coach : 48시간 취소 규정
- 예정된 서비스 48~24시간 전 취소 시: 서비스 요금의 50% 부과
- 24시간 미만 취소 및 노쇼(No-Show): 서비스 요금의 100% 부과
- Executive Sedan, Premium Sedan, MPV : 24-hour cancellation policy
- Between 24-12 hours: 50% service charge.
- Less than 12 hours and No-Show: 100% service charge.
- Luxury Sedan, Executive Van, Mini Coach : 48-hour cancellation policy
- Between 48-24 hours before the scheduled service will result a 50% service charge.
- Less than 24 hours and No-Show will result in 100% service charge.
