Booking Information
- 모든 셔틀은 정시 출발하며, 출발 5분 전까지 탑승을 완료해 주세요. 지연 탑승은 불가합니다.
- 예약은 이용 전날 16시까지 가능하며, 선착순 마감으로 사전 안내 없이 조기 마감될 수 있습니다.
- 예약 및 교통 상황에 따라 경유지가 생략되거나 도착이 지연될 수 있습니다.
- All shuttles depart on time. Please complete boarding at least 5 minutes before departure; late boarding is not allowed.
- Reservations are available until 16:00 the day before, on a first-come, first-served basis, and may close early without notice.
- Depending on bookings and traffic conditions, stops may be skipped or arrival may be delayed.
취소규정
Cancellation Policy
- 취소는 이용 전날 16시 전까지 가능합니다.
- 전날 16시 이후에는 이용하지 않더라도 취소가 불가합니다.
- Cancellations are available until 16:00 the day before use.
- After 16:00 the day before, cancellation is not possible even if the service is unused.

- 서울 · 경기 일부(성남 · 하남 · 구리 · 의정부) — 대인 10,000원 / 소인 8,000원
- 경기 · 인천 — 대인 11,000원 / 소인 9,000원
- 잔여좌석이 있는 경우 현장 결제가 가능하며, 표시된 요금에 1,000원이 추가됩니다.
- Seoul · Part of Gyeonggi (Seongnam · Hanam · Guri · Uijeongbu) — Adult 10,000 KRW / Child 8,000 KRW
- Gyeonggi · Incheon — Adult 11,000 KRW / Child 9,000 KRW
- On-site payment is available when seats remain, with 1,000 KRW added to the listed fare.

Reservation Information
- 예약은 픽업일(서비스 이용일) 기준 최소 2일 전까지 완료해 주세요.
- 예약 시 선택하신 날짜 및 탑승 시간에만 이용 가능합니다.
- 왕복 예약은 동일 날짜 이용 시에만 가능하며, 날짜가 다를 경우 편도로 각각 예약해 주세요.
- 모든 가격은 미국 달러(USD) 기준이며 부가세(VAT) 포함입니다.
- 서비스 이용 후 대기시간이나 경유지 추가 등에 따른 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.
- Reservations must be made at least 2 days prior to the pickup date.
- Valid only for the selected date and time.
- Round-trip reservations are only available for the same date. For different dates, please book one-way trips separately.
- All prices are in US Dollar (USD) and inclusive of VAT.
- Surcharges may apply for waiting time and extra stops after the service.

- 24~12시간 전 취소 시: 서비스 요금의 50% 부과
- 12시간 미만 취소 및 노쇼(No-Show): 서비스 요금의 100% 부과
- Luxury Sedan, Executive Van, Mini Coach : 48시간 취소 규정
- 예정된 서비스 48~24시간 전 취소 시: 서비스 요금의 50% 부과
- 24시간 미만 취소 및 노쇼(No-Show): 서비스 요금의 100% 부과
- Executive Sedan, Premium Sedan, MPV : 24-hour cancellation policy
- Between 24-12 hours: 50% service charge.
- Less than 12 hours and No-Show: 100% service charge.
- Luxury Sedan, Executive Van, Mini Coach : 48-hour cancellation policy
- Between 48-24 hours before the scheduled service will result a 50% service charge.
- Less than 24 hours and No-Show will result in 100% service charge.
